A NEW CHURCH FOR LONDON

Everyone is looking for purpose — a life that matters. We want to start a church that helps people to find that.

LAUNCHING OCTOBER 20

10 AM

London South Collegiate Institute

371 Tecumseh Ave E, London, ON

What CAN I EXPECT?

We get it. Walking into a new church can at times be overwhelming. We aim to make your experience the best it can be.

What happens before and after the service?

Come a few minutes early and follow the signs to the cafe where you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee. After the service, don’t rush out—we’ll have some more time to connect in the cafe. If you’re looking to take the next step in your faith journey, join us for ‘Next Steps’ after the service.

What about my kids?

We have created an incredible space for your kids. From ages 0-10, there is a room tailored to their age group. We want to help them understand how much God loves them—connecting them with peers and leaders who care. We are partnering with parents to help our kids know Jesus.

What do I wear?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits. Come in what you’re comfortable wearing, because we’re not about what you look like or what you wear.

Where do I park?

There is a two-tiered parking structure behind the school, parking at Tecumseh Public School, and free street parking on roads around the school. Below you’ll find a map. Every gold line or box represents parking.

DOES LONDON NEED ANOTHER CHURCH?

There are almost 400,000 people living in the city of London. Yet there are over 100,000 people who still don’t know Jesus. More than just statistics, these numbers have names. They are our friends, our neighbours, our siblings, our parents and our family.

More people are reached through starting new churches than any other way. So we want to build the kind of church that reaches them. We don’t want to wait for them to wander into church, but instead, create the kind of church that we can’t wait to bring them to. We want to start a church that exists to make it all about people seeing Jesus.

OUR VALUES

PASSION

It can’t just be about us. We will never feel more alive than when we help someone else find life in Jesus. The message of Jesus is the most compelling story for humanity and we will live like this matters.

URGENCY

Time is short and there is work to do. We want to make our lives count. We are part of the greatest rescue mission this world has ever known.

EXCELLENCE

God deserves our best. People far from Jesus deserve our best. We will focus on a few things and do them incredibly well. We will not settle.

AUTHENTICITY

We will live like only Jesus is perfect. We will risk people seeing the real us, for the sake of real relationship. We resist false perception and embrace real progress.

CREATIVITY

We will work to solve challenging problems, ask better questions and continually look for a better way forward. We will take risks to reach people because they matter.

OUR BELIEFS

BIBLE

We believe that the Bible is God’s word, given to all of humanity. It was inspired by God and written by human authors. It is without error and the final authority on all matters on which it speaks. We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons, God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit.

GOD

We believe that God created humanity to have a relationship with Him. Our sin separates us from God. This sin leads toward our death and destruction. God sent His son for us so that we have access to the hope we can only find in Him. We are made in the image of God. We will spend our whole life looking for what only God can offer us.

JESUS

We believe that following Jesus is the most significant decision you can make in your life. Jesus Christ is the second person of the Trinity. He lived a sinless life and offered himself as a ransom for us. Jesus died on a cross and was buried in a tomb. However, death wasn’t the end. Three days later he rose from the grave, conquering death and making a way for us to be restored to God. This resurrection split history and changed everything. We receive salvation from our sin, and restoration with God by grace, through faith in Jesus, who was the substitute for our sin.

HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit draws people to believe in Jesus Christ, empowering us to live bold lives as Jesus followers. We are invited to live a life of surrender to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit works within us, changing and transforming us to become more like Jesus.

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord (Jesus) will be saved.” But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”
